 Replying to a thread simply to bring it up to the top will not be tolerated
In the interest of fairness to all, replying to a thread simply to bring it back to the top of the forum is not allowed. The process is known as "bumping" or BTT or TTT posts, especially when replying to your own thread.
IF DONE ON A CONSISTENT BASIS, YOUR THREAD MAY BE FROZEN OR DELETED COMPLETELY.
Attempts to circumvent this with posts such as "bring all offers", "Anybody interested", or trivial price reductions are considered bumping. Posts with non-trivial price changes, offering changes, or notification of an item coming back on the market are examples of posts that are not bumping, provided they are reasonable and legitimate in their intent.
Bumping is an unfair practice that impacts fellow THT members who post in the classified when you to bring your ad continually to the top - or have someone else do it for you.
