I thought this was a good deal its a bank repo, a nice looking SailFish 266 2004 with twin Yamaha 200 hp 4 strokes, nice light blue hull. No Elect on boat. 39k sounds like a good deal. Not my listing its on Lab.
They are HPDI's, I can read High Pressure Direct Injection on the sides of the motor, I think most 266's came with 200 HPDI's.

"War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things. The decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling which thinks that nothing is worth war is much worse. The person who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing which is more important tha his own personal safetly, is a miserable creature and has no chance of being free unless made and kept so by the exertions of BETTER men than himself"
John Stewart Mill
Actually, if they're 200 HP, they would have to be HPDI right? Four strokes would be either 150 or 225.
Now come on, you know better than to think that Yamaha wouldn't make an excessively over weight 200hp 4 stroke. They actually do... In fact, I hear they're even coming out with an 800 pound 300 hp. Sorry, couldn't resist.

I love my HPDI though, so yeah - that's still a nice package.
Thats what I was thinking.....Still sounds like a good deal at 39k. The boat looks nice. You don't have to bid 39k, thats just what they are asking, send them a fax with your low ball offer and if they like it and how no other bids, you will get the boat. Someone offer 30k and see what happens.
