I hate to sell this boat, it is beautiful, and it was the cream puff of 34's back when I was shopping last summer.
However, I couldn't pass up a deal on a quad boat. So, I now own 2 large Fountains, and one of them has to go.
The guy I bought this boat from did not ever fish the boat, he just cruised around, and it was always maintain by Sundance Marine with an open check book. the boat shows like a 2007

Offered at an excellent price of $119K, now 110k,

Trip 250 optimax xs's push the boat over 70 mph
They achieve 1.4 mpg @ 50+ mph cruise with a load
throttle response is amazing to say the least,

engines only have 283 hours
I have the diagnostic printouts as well as all maintanence records, and they are perfect

The boat has great electronics

I can see the writing on the wall: "I need to sell a quad 38 because I found a 5 engine fountain that I couldn't pass up."

Great boat. Great ride.

Fished with Chris on this boat (it will hold 800lbs of tuna - and still have boxes available for more). Some one is going to get a great boat here.

Thats funny for sure! You are right, I have gone from twins, to trips, to quads; all in a matter of months.
I don't think 5 engines are an option for me, but I will make a promise that when my 34 sells, the 38 will soon have quad 300 opti's rigged so that me and anyone else that wants to tag along can experience the world speed record of a CC. I have honestly been contemplating quad 350 Verados for a couple years down the road

The rig in the pic is the Ram Powell, the photos were taken by Phil, (reelcanuck) Thanks!, and the large YF was caught by Aaron(vwfam2000). I just had to get a pic with it since it was the first YF on the new boat.
However, everytime I look at a pic of that YF, I can't help but notice the gaff shot in the fork of the tail, rut ro.

kitebuz, thats funny you mention the dealership, I was talking to Joey(sundancekid) about the new boat, and he said, "I think you have bought more boats in the past few months than we have at the dealership."

gateman, yes the hooters boat is now my boat, you must of seen in in the Ches. Bay while it belonged to the original owner, he now fishes a 38 open and he is no longer sponsored by Hooters.

I can vouch for this boat, it is by far the cleanest 34 out there, cleaner than most new boats sitting on the dealer's lot! The boat has always been lift kept and under a cover before Chris bought it and that can easily be seen by the excellent condition of the dash, engines (i.e. stickers are not peeling from the sun!), and condition of the gel coat and bright work. The dog can hunt to, Chris is not exagerating about 70 mph most days!

Fishin- yeah, its the same one and only Hooter's boat

We all need to get together and make a tuna run before the end of the year, (doesn't look to good for this saturday, 6-9')
the last run we made to the Ram Powell in the pic above took 1 hour and 45 minutes, including a piss stop, and we burnt 75 gallons to get there
