If your looking to trade up I have a 1997 48' Ocean Sport Fish with twin 3176 CAT's in pristine shape and I am looking to trade down Boat is currently on the market for 469000.00 Will supply pictures if interested You don't need a condo with this 3 bedroom 2 bath yacht..

Dave-- I am going to try to drive up and look at the boat this weekend. I have to sell my 2004 252 wellcraft with 250 evinrude includes alum. trailer and electronics. I will let mine go very reasonable if you know someone in the market. I will call towards the end of the week.

The boat also come with a full enclosure and a custom Island Runner cover.

Boat comes with two gallons of optimax oil and a case of quickleen. It has only seen the best.

I cannot believe this boat hasn't sold. 78k is dirt cheap for this boat and the boat is like new.
