Stunning Bert, but that's no secret.
Truly one of the most tastefully done retrofits I've seen.
I stop to admire her in your avatar every time I see her pic.
It's obvious a great deal of thought and care went into the boat, which just makes it tougher to let her go.
I'm sorry to hear you have to do it.
Best of luck in the sale, or best of luck in being able to keep her might be more appropriate.
whats wifey have to do with it ! keep the boat - another bump for ya - my buddy decided to redo his own bert so we never called ya as I didnt want to waste your time ! Im almost afraid to see this boat in person
Spring cleaning and detailing will be starting in a few weeks. Boat will be in the water in mid April and will be kept on the C&D Canal again at Summit North Marina. Details can be found on my website www.seanile31.com
I reduced the price down to $145,000. I looked all over the net, including the 100's for sale on yachtworld, and can not find a better 31 Bertram for the price. I was beginning to think I was way over priced until I saw the crap out there for 110-200K for these "redone" 31 Bertrams. Anyway, none have sold so it doesn't matter what the asking price is.
Going in the water within 2 weeks. Taking Friday to wash and wax then should splash very soon. I will have updated pics on the spring clean up as well as the soundown install.
awsome boat. I saw your new price. I can't believe you havn't sold her yet. I've got more than that in mine in parts only and it still doesn't look as good as yours. What do people want your first born?

She's in the water, oil changed, soundown installed, cleaned up real well and just needs to be waxed. Took a little 14mile cruise and no issues.
Let's be honest, the boat hasn't sold yet and I'm not bummed. I was beginning to think 150K was overpriced then I went on yachtworld and looked at the redone 31's. I'm gonna give myself a little pat on the back here, but out of the 100's of 31's for sale there may have been 1, maybe 2 that were as nice as mine. Sure some had newer power, but nothing else was done, several have a nice looking paint job with gas engines. Some have "redone" the boat only to add pieces of teak here and there and jam as many electronics up on the original bridge. I'll put my 31 up against any other 31 out there for under 200K. There are nicer ones out there, but not for under 200K. Whorton Creek puts out some incredible 31's, so does Elite Marine in FL, Buddy Boy is a 31 that is awesome, but not set up for fishing.
Anyway, all of a sudden I am thinking this is a steal at 150K.
Holds 220 gallons of diesel, most I ever took was 132 gallons running 83 miles out at 2500rpm, trolling for 8 hrs and running home from 80 miles at 2600rpm. Typical out 60 miles, troll all day come home from 60 mile trips will burn 97-115 gallons.
Theres an ass for every seat, you just gotta hold out for the right ass. Boat is sweet and well worth the money you are asking, just not alot of people wanting to spend money right now. Best of luck.
Boat has been in since mid April and everything is working flawlessly. Soundown is installed and it's ready to be sold!! I will take and upload a few new pics on Sunday.
