Don't get me started on the Topaz... What a JOKE that was. I could have settled in DAYS... Had financing and survey all in place.

I'm gonna post some more pictures tonight. I just Fwd'ed some of the pictures from my work computer to home a few minutes ago.
I am hopeful the Ocean will sell quickly- It's a 40 Footer, Pretty - Pretty boat, and well cared for.

We shall see... I want to try this route before finding another broker.
