Default 28' bertram flybridge

I am selling a 28 bert. It has newly overhauled twin 351 winsors with holley four barell carbs.
new exhaust manifold.
new wiring throughout
new electronics, raymarine bronze thru hull depth sounder, garmin gps chartplotter, dual station icom vhf, new cd player in cabin.
new shore power
new battery swiches for both battery banks
new raw water wash down. (Hoses not run yet)
new velvet drive
fresh bottom paint in spring of '06
new galvanized tripple axle trailer
bimini top
outriggers
good solid boat...

I am selling it because i want something that i can trailer between the coast and the lake. I just don't make it to the coast enough to justify the boat. It is in the water at Edisto Marina just south of Charleston SC. Asking $29,500 neg.

Even with Fiberglass tanks that seems like a really good deal.

I can't remember if the hull is a 72 or 73. You get to the helm by a ladder on the port side (was not on the boat in the picture).

If it's a Fly Bridge II it has to be 1983 or newer. An interior picture will tell if it a II or not.

No this is the Top Secret but the same owner as The Margaret Jane. She is a 21cc Mako. The owner of TMJ and I are in halves with this Bertram project. He is looking to sell to get a Grady White for the spring in the 24 foot to 26 foot class that can be trailered.

Beam is 11'. It will not be legal without a permit. Weight is a little shy of 12,000#.

If the previous post is correct then it is not a flybridge II. It is a 72 or 73, i forgot to look at the hull number and see. However, here are some current pictures of interior and electronics. We do not have a current survey. Took her out on thursday and she ran like a top in bad seas....

god i love a bert...

What size tanks does she have and what is her range, at what RPMs. Do you know how much it would cost to have her serveyed?

She has a 173 gallon tank. We have not run her offshore yet to know what the range or fuel consumption would be. A survey would be around $450 in Rockville...
