2001 28 foot hydrasport Center console with twin 225 evinrude DFI with less then 150 orginal hours. Furuno 36 mile radar, Simarad depth sounder, Garmin 2010 color 10 inch plotter with software chip, epirb, Life raft,Simarad auto piolit,Icom VHF, Double rigged outriggers and full encloser. I just don't have the time to use it. I have only put 150 hours on it in 3 seasons. The boat was bought brand new in 2004. The engine warrentys are up in NOV 2007. Changed both EMM and the evinrudes run great. I'm sure all the evinrude haters will come out and make their comments but this boat and engines runs awsome. Top speed is 46 knots and cruises 27-32knots burning 17-20 gallons per hour.The boat rides and runs great. It has canyon range with its 287 gallons of fuel. It has a porta potty in the console and tons of storage. the bottom was paintedthisseason and I change the impellorsthis seasonalso for preventitive main. It was a dealer demo boat from 2002-2004. The boat had 6 hours of demo time on it when I bought it. I had all electronics professionally installed after purchase.TheHSalso has a custom leanning post canvas cover and a JBL CD player with 2 sony speakers.
I'm planning to go back to a trailorable boat. Pilot house style 23 parker or a 24 osprey. I have had the boat 3 seasons and I have less then 150 hrs on it. Its a cryin shame. The boat runs great. Once I updated the EMM these engines came to life. I guess they mapp new ignition curves and fuel programs. The boat use to top out at 42 knots before the emm took a dump but after she pushed to almost 46 knots. She pretty much can go threw anything. I think the evinrudes scare alot of people away but once the updates are done they run like a champ. If she doesn't go before the season starts I will try and get as much use out of it as I can.
