There aren't many of this model for sale at this time, so it's tough for me to guess what the market value would be. Based on similar boats listed for sale I believe $45K is a reasonable asking price.

Searching Yachtworld, there are only new models and mid 90's and older listed in the mid-atlantic region. Mine is the only one listed that is in between a 10 year span.

Searching Yachtworld nationwide, there are a few more out there. 3 that are more than $45k and one that is less. The one that is less doesn't give a lot of details or pictures.

Parthery's 226 is a nice one, I'm surprised it hasn't sold at that price.

Bayboater1, You should research other websites besides Yachtworld to check current listings of 226's out there. Search these as well .... www.greatgrady.com , www.boatus.com, www.thebassbarn.com, just to name a few.

Croixboy, thanks for the tip. I looked into those sites and I found a couple more. I'm open to offers and trades if someone wants a clean, well maintained Grady.
