Default 4th of July in the Northwest

We spent the 4th at Roche Harbor in the San Juan Islands. This is my favorite resort to just relax on the boat.

Dock space sells out in about 30 minutes at the Seattle Boat Show and they even hold a phone lottery for extra space. Here are some pics...

Great pics--looks like a blast.

That Donzi sure looks out of place in these parts.

I wish I knew how to insert comment after posting the pics but oh well. I tried to get a nice variety of boats that we see on the 4th. Lots of big stuff. The nicest cat that I have ever seen. Sad to say it is seems to go out. We get a nice selection of Long range boats. I even spoke to a one guy that really wanted to take his Trophy offshore so he purchased a bigger boat to carry it with. Then there is one of a BayTrophy that tried to go out on his own. . Just joking really. 1st and last is a pic of our boat and my lady and I who is carrying my first little boater (Willie). He thoroughly enjoyed his 1st 4th on the boat. We were on the trip with my boat partner and Willie's Grandpa. Everything was wonderful except for the fishing

Great pics. I am impressed more each day @ the size and scope of Boating in the NW. Used to think the Chesapeake was the Shizzzzz.
