Not human. Too thin first off... A human humerus (arm) and femur (leg) (the long single bones) for that matter have very pronounced ball shaped ends that make nearly right angles with the bone. How long are those bones anyway? Tough one... Looks bird like...

The bones are about 14 inches long each, But I think you are right, After I looked at a bird it could be a pelican. One of the nurses at the hospital told me it was human.
