Default No tourist influx yet!

As the tourist trade gears up for summer the waterways have yet to explode...a great time to be on the water! Now if the fish were biting, even better.

"Pemisu" out of Marblehead.....WOW:

My cousin Steve preps his tour boat "Bev" for another season:

Fishing Vessel "Retriever" exceeding the 5mph limit:

Jay,

Your pics are awesome. Without getting too technical.....what camera and setup do you use? I have a canon but can never capture anything really good....and forget trying to capture anything in action. Any tips?

I always love your pics, Jay. I visited up there 2 years ago and really want to come back but there are some other places I need to see first. Keep the pics coming because they are genuinely appreciated. It doesnt get any "saltier" than that lobster boat picture.

SeaNile: It's a Nikon D50 which is a digital SLR. Unlike my old Olympus, this one will freeze action as soon as I click the shutter. The old one had a delay that drove me nutz!

I forgot one, the owner of this boat has tried anything to keep the gulls from crapping on it.Every time out I see something new added to the scare crows, plastic owl,blow-up eyes and now a blow-up monkey.....I wonder what's next?
