Man , Great fish would I love to hear about the tackle they used, hooks, lines, reels, rods,
can't imagine fighting something like that guess I have to get me a big eye or a Marlin this year(LOL)
They caught an 1152 lb. Bluefin down here (Venice, LA) a couple of years ago. I would have thought 399lbs would be small, but I have never caught a Bluefin.
Did they have a comm lic? He says he's eating sushi so I'm guessing they kept it??? I thought they had to be under 73 for a rec to keep... As slow as this year has been he could have made good money on that fish.
