Default Fishin 10-22-05

Took a coworker, her son and her boyfriend out today. Finally the weatherman was wrong!! (See "My !#$$#% Rant" on the boating forum...) The day started out a little foggy and ended up clearing off nicely. Here are the day's products....

Alek's first whiting!

First bite of the day...what ended up being about a 4' across ray...not bad for 20lb test...Jamie fought it first..

and Ben's turn

Then the ray...cut it loose

Highlight of the day...me with something big...

And the end result (special thanks to Ben for leadering and holding)

What a blast. The redfish was returned unharmed. Looking forward to the next time....
