BW23: I understand! It looks like a lost "tender"! A 11 footer that someone lost at sea,flipped over and several boats/ships ran over. Then it was found washed up on some wayward beach somewhere probably barnicle encrusted until someone stumbled apon her and said: "Ah....a Whaler...nothing wrong with her"!
Here's the back of my old whaler with a freshly speared 75 pound Giant Trevally amongst the clutter. The spear is just above the fish, the tip is toggled and in the fishs' spine.
