Sharp looking boat. First thing Id do if I owned it would be to cut off that bowrail. It doesnt belong on that boat.

BOWRAIL??? Thought that was the Speedo and Toupee drying rack for the requisite Fountain Team attire!

I think it is embarrassing how dirty the front right trailer tire is.

Ya...I am still a bit confused on the choice of tow vehicle and drop in trailer deal.

Sweet A$$ boat, no doubt!

What's wrong with a drop in camper? Hang out on the boat before a "away" tournament, listening to some CDs, drinking adult beverages, smoking cigars and shooting the chit while tying rigs........decide it's time to get that valuable four hour nap before fishing all day......climb into your a/c supplied private sleeping quarters......wake up and step on the boat in the am and away you go. Real men don't need hotels.

Real fisherman dont even sleep. They sit on the boat and discuss tournament strategies, tie rigs, prepair for the next day, and go over safety measures. You can sleep after you win

I'm guessing only the front axle has brakes. If I could afford that boat there would be disks on all three axles.

I know the owner of this boat personally, I consider him a dear friend as I have fished against/with him and his 2 boys for years. If you knew him and his lifestyle you would feel pretty darned foolish coming down on him due to his choice of drop in camper. As a matter a fact you may be pretty envious.

The owner of this boat has been known, on a whim, to pack up his gear and tow the boat in the picture ( or whatever 38TE he has ) to Cabo from New York.........just because he heard their was a bite......I would be willing to bet that trailer has well over 200K miles. I testament to Myco.

Good luck to all fishing the Bass Blast this weekend.

I just drove by Ocean Performance, and that pickup is parked in front. Boat must be back in the yard.

I too, am envious of that lifestyle...

he spent all his money on the boat. Should have saved some for the camper.

Seriously it isn't a bad idea if you think about it, when tourney fishing you don't need anything plush. You just want to crash and be back up at 4 AM to fish again.

Why drop $150 a night for a hotel when you'll only be in there for 4-5 hours. Not to mention he can take food with him and save on meals.

The reason that the trialer may be a little diry and he has a camper top is because that boat travels up and down the east coast regularly. If that is the orignal trailer for that boat, it most likely has around 200,000 thousand miles on it. I think he put around 90,000 miles on that truck last year.

The guy loves to do what you guys love to talk about...FISH(except for dave) have any of you guys fished tournaments? Do any of you guys even really know how to fish? ...I like the camper idea...much more comfortable than the cuddy...I fish in the ASA and sleep on my boat...I guess that makes me too cheap to afford a hotel room?????Id watch out...if this guy finds this thread... he might buy all of you

btw The Barracuda, gas is 4/gallon...
