Default Fishing out of Ocean City - 7/14

Well I'd say we had a GREAT day on Thursday. We managed to get 2 bluefins. 1 @ 58# and another at 35 #. A BIG thanks to Capt. DJ Churchill of Blew Bayou Charters for a good trip. That Hatteras w/ those 1050hp MTU's was sweeeet! Looking forward to the next trip.

PS: On our way out that morning when I saw that sun coming up, I said to myself, "I want my Son to experience this with me one day!" Catching a couple bluefin wouldn't be too bad either!

Yeah, the owner of that boat has it rigged great! The inside is simply gorgeous, too. Cherry entertainment center and white leather furniture make it VERY comfortable during the 1.5 hour cruise to fishing spots. Did I mention that it hauls a$$?

My brother-in-law and I decided we are going to do this every year before the big golf get together in OC. I can't wait to take Derrick on his first trip, either.
