Default 2002 34 Venture

Major refit recently completed:
  • Suzuki DF300's
  • New Interior
  • New Simrad Electronics – NSE8’s, 6wk Radar Array, Autopilot, Sonic hub; Furuno 585 for the FF w/B260 1KW Transducer.
  • All new LED lights throughout including Lumitec underwater lights
  • (6) JL7.7’s and 6 channel JL amp

The 2002 shown in the picture my new ride and I plan to keep it for a while. The one I am selling is my 1997 which was my refit project from two years ago.

Looks great. I always have my eyes out for a hard top w/ tower 34 for a similar updating.

How much "house keeping" did you need to do?
Did you need to re-wire everything? If so, how big of a hassel was that?
Any pics of the dash?
Did you intsal a new transducer or go w/ what was there?
Who installed the lights?

Lazy Bones,

I did a fair amount of re-wiring behind the dash because some of the blocks and terminals were corroded.

I installed a new B260 transducer - my understanding is that transducer technology has changed significantly in 10 years (broadband ceramic technology).

Did all the lights myself.
