I'm a BBQ fanatic and I really have to give you props on your smoker! I'm passing these photos on to a VW friend of mine. I bet he's never seen one like this!

This is not mine it was at the fair lastw/e.The older man does get around to a lot of festivals.An the ribs were great.It has racks in front an back windows

that's interesting, thanks for the pictures.

as a word of advice for everyone, switch to lump charcoal for your BBQ, that Kingsford should be outlawed.

Jay, no idea why they call it Boston Butt, but I know for certain that's where I get the best pulled product ever! It's the cut of pork that is awesome for Que. I think it's part of the shoulder.

Any Que questions, keep 'em coming!

Just started a BBQ competition team last year, will be KCBS certified judge in January. Gettin a nice start, I'm just 25!

Stump's Elite 6, Medium and Large Big Green Eggs. I love my QUE!!!
