Shooting in the city limits is a retarded law. If someone does not have enough since to know when they can safely fire a weapon then they do not need a fire arm. I guess people are stupid enough though to need laws like this.

Im sorry. If a freaking rattler was in my yard then the last thing he is ever going to hear is "clack clack". I don't need to worry about my small dogs and children getting bit. However if I didn't have the children and small dogs around my house I would box him and take him to the 4 acre field beside my house.

Oh and no, I'm not a yankee. My heritage has been traced back to the early 1700's here in NC. Not that that really means anything.
