The local paper reported 143 white marlinreleases on Fri & Sat 9/18 & 9/19. The prior Wednesday saw 327 billfish of which 319 were whites. UNBELIEVEABLE!!

Here is a picture of the BACKLASH.
Captain Steve Richardson and his unofficial new east coast record.
I was privileged to fish that day and saw him backing down on multiple fish more than once. It was an amazing site to see such a professional crew at it's best.
