the site is going to hell because of the people who type not b/c of the mods. There are many folks / users on this board who have an axe to grind with anything, they just want drama and to hold a heavy hand and come down upon anyone who they believe isnt with their thinking. The pictures are very interesting, the porduct is interesting! We can learn from the new tech that is out there!
THe real shame of it is, is that those that do type nonsense, dont know they are the ones that are making the board what it is...crap. There are many boaters who havent a clue either in boating or in life so they must comment and provide us with their useless thinking. Check your thinking before you type, and maybe i wont want to gaff you when i see you on the dock....people....

Look, you just found us a couple of months ago. Couldn't you just pretend you never did (since we all piss you off so severely?) Yeah, I know. Fat chance. You and your attitude are no doubt here to stay.

i didnt start the trash talking or negativity, the a holes did....maybe i got carried away, but this post and the smart alec comments and policing got me fired up.

this happens in about 50 percent of the threads i read on here. i finally got tired of it. it derails the whole purpose of the thread and the flow....so i do apologize for my contributions.

i am not new to THT eighter had another name oldschool but could not log in so i created a new. this site was better a few years back. when there wasnt so many bitchy whinny boys and girls....i came back to reasearch for my new boat im looking to get, and 50 percent of past threads gets screwed up by the aholes.

Nothing, if they are bottom painted with a good bottom paint, black color would be best.

I have a Deep Glow light and it looks waaaay better than that. And I don't look like an assclown when I'm sitting on the dock fishing. Well, not because the rod is upside down, and I don't have a hook, or bait.

OK, OK. About this (^) I think we totally agree. I see the same problem you do about the excess bashing, etc., and feel the same way about it. As you say, the trashing is not needed.

no way in hell that oldschool isn't in bed somehow with the OP....he spends too much time and effort defending the OP (who happens to be absent from the discussion) I think that school IS the OP and he makes these lights.

Please tell us, then, what about the slime and barnacles and changing light bulbs, too?

P.S. don't use % numbers since your using 50% is two or three decimals over to the right...

Finally, consider not calling any more names to us. If you're the de facto spokesman for that company, try to improve the image they and you have created...which hasn't gone uphill since it was posted.

That's good news. You just went up a few notches in my book even with your strong words here.

What has the world coming to when you cannot poke a little fun at a bad attempt to spam a site. Come on the guy has two fishing poles both without line, one with the real on backwards, and another one with the price tag showing. Now thats funny.

I decided to move my Deepglow after about a month and a half. The lense was surprisingly clean, it had a little growth around the edges but the majority of it was very clean. Either the light itself is burning it off (as advertised) and/or the mullet are helping out and eating it off. It's hard to tell but that's what it looks like they are doing.

Wanna keep stuff off your junk, try this stuff.

http://www.centraltradingagency.com/wow/index.html

It keeps away barnacles and marine growth. It's being used on hulls and by harbormasters on their buoys. Cool stuff.

Ha, how's that for doing it right. My call name isn't nanotecwow, I don't work for this company, this is hardly my first post and I will not benefit financially from my sharing of this info. AND it is in response to someone asking how to keep barnacles and marine growth off their junk.

Glad I could help.
