A doctor from Texas is getting #1 out of the mold. He will be keeping it in Venice.

Capt Kevin Beach is getting molded hull #2.

We have about 4 more strong interested parties.

R you thinking about upping the fuel capacity to give these Venice boats the range to run to Green Canyon wide open on a day trip?

Never mind maybe it has plenty if it really gets 1 mpg wide open and carries 350 gal.

Last week I was on the Freeman 33 that is owned by Mike of Relentless sportfishing out of Venice LA. Very nice boat!! I was very impressed with the quality and the ride! We ran all over doing well over 40MPH. I think we burned about 165 gallons and covered 170+ miles.. Great day on the water on a great boat!

Finally, a real update. We sprayed duratec on the cap plug and I do like what I see. We opted for the livewell between the motors instead of a walk through. We can still do a walk through for the diver.

Huge moment this week. We fit the new cap to the hull. IT FIT!!!!! Thank goodness. We are now going to finish out the interior and finish this boat.

Stay tuned for the thread on the start of the Freeman 40!!! She is going to be a quad powered MONSTER center console. We have been commissioned to build her for a gentleman from Houston that runs a 36 Contender out of Venice. He watched Capt Billy Wells and Mike Ellis for 2 seasons come back not beat and wet and burnt 40% less fuel than his boat. It was time.

Preliminary specs:

LOA: 40'
Beam: 12'
Fuel: 600 gallons
Power: 1200hp

Est. top speed 68mph
