You would be very surprised .. that photo was taken from a 61 Viking that was running side by side with me for three days as we made our way south .. his fuel bill was exactly double mine at the end of each day .. same sea conditions and same speed .. we burn 71 gallons an hour @ 31 knots ... very efficient for a boat of that size

Bought this boat a month ago. It was repowered in '03 with Marine Products MPI 7.4's and received a 10 KW Kohler Generator in '05. Our first trip was bringing her home to West Palm from Melbourne...102 miles.
Took these pics last week after we detailed her...not bad for a 20 year old "Salt Water Boat"
