i am really sorry to see this and i hope the fix is simple. this is one thing that always keeps me on edge when going out: not knowing what is lurking inches under the surface.

Same thing happened to me but with a RIB. I put the boat in gear in the slip to warm up the engines and suddenly one of the engines cut off, it started fine in neutral but when put in gear it just cut off. When I got in the water it was a deflated RIB wrapped around one of the props.
