Neat thread. I know nothing about boat building but enjoy working with wood. On page 4. the pics from your customers build, looks like his screws had no washers, is he doing a different method. Compared to your washer pic on 6, that's alot of screwing. Also, do you have a thread anywhere showing start to finish on a smaller boat? Wondering about the entire process. What do you do about a deck once the jig is pulled? You said the cost if it were built for someone but what about roughly material alone for the person wishing to try one. Thanks and good luck.
