Yes I am building my 16' when I find time. We have been working hard on a 42' Express a 49' Express and a 57' so I will complete the 16' when the work stops coming in. Thanks for asking

She is a little shy of 24" I am not sure the weight. We get two to three that size and larger a night. Thanks for asking
