Good Googley-Moogley, are your stringers deep enough? Looks like it'll be plenty strong. Cool use of the steamer too. One question though, if you are using a steamer, is it really "cold-molding"? Did you get the glass yet? I'm ready to see some planking on that baby!
Vic the stringers and Keel are 1-1/2" x 3". the steamer I only needed it on the stem and it worked great, I do have the glass and all the other material to build the Hull, I will start making progress in a few days.

when is the new online store opening up?
We are almost done. I think we are looking at two weeks from today. It will not have everything we offer on the site right away, but we will add items daily. Thanks for asking.

What's the beam on the 18 footer ?

Measured the 1 car garage door opening today, looks like a real world 93 inches.

The beam is 96" and the LOA. is 18'6" you can get it out of a single car garage with no problems.

18'6" ! Getting tighter, is the jig/framing any longer then the 18'6" ?

I'm assuming to get it out the 93" door , it has to be tilted slightly, can you computer program tell by how much ?

There are two stock widths for single car garage doors. 8' and 9' wide. He prolly has a 9' wide door!!

The Jig is 18'6" LOA. You would need to tilt the hull to one side about 8" to get it out of your door.

Can u explain the blue tape on the frames? looks like it took a decent amount of time and effort to tape the edges, what's the purpose?

The blue tape makes it easier to remove the jigs. With all the resin used, it may require some cutting if the tape wasn't used.

I have been absent from THT and building for a month or so due to my mother being in the Hospital, I have a customer that is building the same hull so here are a few pictures of his boat.
