Well guys we are in the new shop and we have tons of room. I will be giving update as usual since I figured many of you like watching the progress. One of these hulls may end up being the plug for the mold.... we may be holding off on the mold though since the economy is not exactly healthy.
Good luck, I was reading on the Charleston Fishing web site and some of the guys there took a ride or knew someone who did and said it was an amazing boat.
Love the cover picture on your web site also

The boats are amazing. The hull #1 and #2 have caught every species there is to catch in the gulf with them except one. We only needed a gulf bluefin, sailfish and white marlin. I took out the sailfish and gulf bluefin. We are still looking for the whitey. It is nice to get to where you are going before the rest of the fleet and when you hit the fuel dock do it for almost 50% less fuel.

I think the capt and the crew are responsible for finding and landing fish, congrats......with that said, having a good boat does make it easier.
Is the walkaround going to have inboards? The pic on the website showed no OBs so wasn't sure if you were going to put inboards or just didn't include the OBs on the pic.

With the reliability of four stroke outboards and the power options, I planned on going with outboards. Diesels just don't give the performance of the outboards nor the low maintenance. The cost of diesel is insane and economy should be a wash vs fuel cost. Not to mention the upfront cost of a pair of diesels vs outboards.
We expect a 30knot cruise @ 4000rpm and a top end of around 53mph with Yamaha 350's. We didnt have templates for the Yamahas to put in the renderings, so sorry for the confusion.
Having two charter captains with the first hulls should put a really good test to the build of the boat. If it's not up to the task you will know.

That is why they are there! Zero issues after over 70 charters and 850 hours on Capt Mike Ellis' boat. That is equivelent to over 3 years of use for the average guy. And from what I hear he isn't exactly babying his ride. If he can go 33 knots, then thats what he does.
On a side note: The two Freeman 33's have caught all targeted species in the gulf except for a spearfish. The list is blue marlin, white marlin, sailfish, tuna, wahoo, dolphin, bluefin tuna, blackfin tuna. Capt Wells has caught 4 blues, and Mike has caught 3.
