I have had a Pentax Optio WP for a few years now and when I take pictures inside they seem grainy and I'm getting these little circles, any idea why? The card is as old as the camera, is it time for a new one?

I'd try a new card before springing for a whole new camera. And those circles look like water spots on the lens. Any possibility water got inside the lens? Might be time for a thorough cleaning.

Just inside pics. I did check the lens, and it looks ok. As far as the internals, hard to say, it is a waterproof camera, but its never been in the water.

Just for grins and giggles, try taking a few indoor shots of something solid and dark, like a piece of black cardboard, and see if the spots show up in the same location on each of the shots. Do the same outdoors, shooting a solid dark surface like a wall and see if the spots are visible in them, too. Chances are good the spots are there in your outdoor shots, but you don't readily see them as well because of the subject matter, lighting, etc.

If the spots are consistently in the same areas, there's likely some type of deposit on the lens or possibly even a defect in the glass of the lens.
