Who cares if it is spam or not. I for one would love to see some pics and info on the boat. There are plenty of vendors on THT that don't pay, including another custom builder. If he wants to post pics he should load them to photobucket.com and then insert the links.

Spam-schmam. I, for one, would love to see pics of the Legend 37 under-way. Listen, Scott could post these himself, and we could all benefit from some first hand, knowledgeable feed-back, or someone else could post them, and they would just be pics. It's not like he is trying to sell a mass-market product by spamming the world. I have been interested to hear more about this boat since I first heard about it - mostly due to the construction, but also the layout, and engine/tunnel hull combination. It's a pretty unique product, and I'ld say Scott has some credentials dating back to Predator, that would give him some leaway to post about his new boat.

A 37 in-board sport fish express (or walk-around) doing 58mph first time out of the gates - I would think tons of people want to hear about, & see, it. I doubt many of us our potential customers, but it is still cool as hell. This along with input from the builder/designer, that's part of what makes THT.

Scott, if the above hall-monitors haven't scared you off - please post pics & info about your hull #1. If that's a problem, e-mail me the pics & info, and I will post them up. That, and thanks for taking the time to check in on the forum.

Not sure why this guy would be a spammer when it's OK for others. Ya'll need to get on Bully's case also, because he has a 10 page thread talking up his 33 Freeman

Yeah were all waiting to hear whatever Mr Gerber has to say about his boats just like anyone else around and yes he is right the "photo insert" system in this forum is not the best to say the least, the instructions in the Faqs are not related to the interface that shows up when you try to insert a picture, despite some PC gurus around manege to succeed the way is not good, I participate in many other forums this being he only one where I have not been able to insert a pic when is this going to be fixed ???? if it where not true that the inserting pics system is BS why so many peple fail ?? there has to be be something wrong and IT IS.

Please Mr Gerber if at all possible despite we all know your boats won´t be cheap there are surely many potential customers among us please make an effort and considering the next to impossible feat of inserting some pictures here please give us a link so there is a place where we can know more about your top quality approach to boating surely implemented in your designs and construction Please please we want to know more your informative effort was an extremely lazy one by the way, lets hope your boats have more work put into them.

Sorry for the short posting this weekend. From Friday to Sunday we were running the boat and I didn't have time to do much else.

I certainly didn't mean to offend anyone with the impression I was a spammer, over the past years since the inception of the building process I've had people interested in learning more about the project. After 4+ years and more moneythan I'd like to mention we were finally successful with completing the goal we set out to accomplish: a boat that rivals the traditionally top rated boats of all time (Garlington, Merritt, etc..) but with the use of the latest in advanced boat building technology.

If anyone is interested in the technology our website explains it in detail: www.LegendCustomYachts.com

Once again I apologize for any offense, I respect the Hull Truth community and look to it for advice and direction, so any feedback is welcome and appreciated. Also if anyone wants more photos email me and I'd be happy to send them: Sales@LegendCustomYachts.com

Thanks Bruce,

The boat is actually in gray primer (because we needed to catch the water line) and will be painted Porche Carrera Metallic Silver with white decks and has carbon fiber toe rails, transom and helm pod which are all clear coated.

As we make progress I'll post more images.

I would also like to see construction photos here as well, not like many of us will run out and purchase one but we can at least dream about the day we win the Lottery and which boat
we will buy first

I always enjoy the production process of different boats

More details please - cruise speed, burn, etc. How did like how she ran?

Bruce, that's cool of you to step up like that.

How different do you think the rigged out #'s will be? Congrats on your launch.
