Well boys, I finally had to give her away. Had 2 guys interested and told them both "whoever gets here first on Fri. morning with 40Kcash gets her" I was there at 0700 and 1st guy showed at 0910 with $$$ in hand. I guess the other guy was at a disadvantage cause he had to drive a little further. Signed, sealed and delivered minus fed. permits for 40K. I think she's headed for Nicaragua as I write this!!!

End of an era brother man. Was down at the Deck last night and glanced at the slip, as I usually do, and wonder where you are setting if the slip is empty. No more I guess.
