Can't believe this fell so far down. Planning a stich and glue style build of a boat. Was looking for what you used and how you applied the stainless rubrails. Had a hard time finding thread.
Got the chance to put 94 hours on the Hannah Mac in 2009. Went to Ocracoke and Beaufort on her own bottom. Even pulled a barefoot skier just to see if a 21 footer with 120 hp could do it. No problems. Fuel usage averages less than 3 gph per tank. Still have a leaning post and a bimini top to get installed. Now, if it'll just warm up so we can start using our boats again.
Cold and nasty in Atlanta today. Found this thread for the first time and read the entire thing. Had to charge my laptop once to keep going. I think I have a crush on your boat! Words are insufficient...my hat's off to you and your buddies.

I promise to post some pics as soon as I get the boat back in the water. Unfortunately, I had an unscheduled meeting with a stump somewhere in the Pamlico river. The impact didn't feel too bad, but it broke the gimbal ring. To fix this requires removing the entire engine package, including the outdrive, engine, inner and outer gimbal assembly. After all of the removal, on can finally gain access to the gimbal ring to replace. I will hopefully be in the water soon, and I'll get some finished photos on soon as possible. Thanks for asking. I really missing my boat right about now.:>(

DAMN!!! I know exactly what thats all about. I hit one in Lake Fork (Texas) in my Ranger bass boat doing 74 and when I looked back I was really surprised to see the transom still there.. No damage luckily...Worse part was I was in a channel marked 60ft of depth and NO trees! (supposedly) Good luck with the fix Vic.....
