Beautiful boat. Lotsa luck. I would remove the cinder blocks and wood blocks and put it on jack stands. That looks like an accident waiting to happen. Merry Christmas.
No Joke......I had a 1959 Ford f-250 on "structural cinder blocks" (the thick ones) with 2"x10" caps for weight distribution and I crushed one...never again. Bet it weighed half what that Regulator does.

...just crusin' through THT's pix site, and I selected your photos of 23 Regulator; however, if you don't mind reading my opinion, the "CMU" concrete masonry units (aka "cement blocks") that you use to support the Regulator are not intended for such weight at all.

CMUs do not have much compressive strength, and when they fail: ...crash!

I suggest that you use wood dunnage, maybe in combo with steel jacks, which have adjustable screws.

Ask any boatyard.

Some boatyards or hauling companies will lease stands for the off-season also.

I agree... I have seen the bolcks split and the boat fall on its side...

Use at least 2 boat stands...

Use 4 stands... 2 at the stern and 2 midships.
