Went out on the Island Current this Saturday. Windy and cold but caught some fish. Capt James made 2 drops and both were productive with a steady pick all day.

High hook was Capt Chris with 16 keepers and the pool fish estimated around 9 pounds. Me and my buddy Paul got 16 keeper up to 6 pounds together and went home with 2 nice bags of fillets.

I just had a blackfish rod made by kevin Bogan and it worked out great - nice action. I can't wait to use it again.....
