How have you been buddy. It is getting cold here. We have been really safe and the attacks have been dropping off fairly steady. They have targeted the Green Zone several times and we lost a soldier from another unit when he picked up an unexploded bomlet, probably from the ground war. We have about 140 days left and I am ready. My days are like the movie "Ground Hog Day". We now have a routine and are actually starting to accomplish some tasks we need to do to leave here. After the first of the year we should see the light at the end of the deployment.

Been great. That's great news about the war and the light at the end of the tunnel. As you know over here the media makes it sound like we made it a disaster over there.
