Default Center Rigger length question
Just wondering about the length of pole to use as a center rigger. Would you use a 8 or 12 foot pole? I have a Grady 228 Seafarer. Thanks.

I used an old 15' outrigger for mine. Mounts it in a rod holder in the seat back. Works for me. The Hun

The tip of the center rigger needs to reach the back of the boat. In your case, sounds like you have OB's so I would say it should reach the rear of the OB's.
