My cousin lives near Lake Martin in ALA. They couldnt take their boat out this year due to no water at the dry storage building.

Wow.....strange to see the docks high and dry, good time for dock maintenance I guess. Hope they get some relief soon.

It is amazing that short-sighted, self-serving, ill-informed environmentalist wackos can be so hypocritical. Nature has sent a drought, and therefore, we should not interfere with this drought--we should let the same amount of water out of the Georgia lakes that is coming in, and therefore the same amount that would be going downstream if there were no dams--but that won't work, I guess, we should only not interfere with nature when it is convenient for our agendas, and not convenient for our common sense. I also take it that since you self-serving wackos downstream are intent on maintaining an above-natural water flow, then when we get one of those tropical systems that drops 15" of rain in a couple of days, we can open the gates so our lakefront property doesn't flood.

Common sense is not so common, is it.
