There are groups that can help you, but you must first surrender yourself to your higher power, and admit that you are powerless in stopping your addiction. We'll stop short of making a complete moral inventory.

Wow, that is a lot of stuff. I've been offshore fishing since 87 and have really streamlined my tackle. Gone from 50's to 30's&TLD25's and left pretty much all the plastic stuff at home. I've got a 5 gallon bucket with about 30 ballyhoo setups and a few spreader bars. I'd be so confused if I had as many lures as you!

Just don't catch the disease that I have. I pick up old boats with the dream of gutting them and making them better than new. Its very time consuming, sticky, itchy, and costs alot more than just buying a relatively new and functional boat.

suffering from the same disease here in SW FLA, although mine is rods, reels, dive gear, tackle, espcially sabikis and jigs, i could keep going but it depresses me how much I have spent. Someone else make me feel better, let me know how severe this disease may affect you and your family. I hear its best to talk these things out. But to date, 3 Slatiga 50s, Saltist 50, 2 Boca 50...............And I just got the custum rod bug, that may break my bank.

GEEZ~! If you don't see it there then they probably don't make it!!

I'm not sure if it quite qualifies as a disease as much as it does a DISORDER ~

That's okay - we love you ANYWAY!

If you're going to have a disease, better the symptoms be lures then sores!

Now multiply that by 20 years of fishing and collecting...and make it disappear in the span of 30 minutes. That is what happened to me when I lost my boat to fire 2 months ago.
