Default Gulf Wrecks-

I'm looking to do some offshore fishing from Flamingo. Does anyone have any wrecks or hump GPS numbers they could share? Not looking to go more than 30 miles offshore. Thanks.

Wrong forum

I would try posting under the Ga/FL section or visit the florida sportsman web site, www.outdoorsbestforums.com and you can cover most any section of FL you need

Take a look at shipwreckexpo.com for a Free GPS list

http://www.shipwreckexpo.com/flwestgpslist.htm

Please note that each shipwreck name has a link to a web page where viewers can find the wrecks history, current condition and even some historical and underwater photographs.

Be aware that a LOT of the public stuff as well as private stuff may not even be there anymore. The huricanes have really worked it over.

Let me be the first to let you guys know that the rigs bases are pretty much still in tact. We are currently killing wells on a platform east of the river that was toppled from hurricane ivan. Plenty of fish here. Red Snapper, Mangrove Snapper, Reef Donkeys (Amberjack), Tarpon (Seasonal), Grouper, and so many Cobia it will make you sick. If you pass by this location you would never expect anything here... but since we are working with underwater machines we see EVERYTHING.
