No car over MOPAR! Yuck! I think this new Camaro looks much more modern than the Mustang et still retains the classic look, it will be a winner! That pic just doesn't do it justice. BTW, if a Bimmer man likes it, GM musta donesomething right! Still can't get over that ride in Rick's M5 Glen! I still think they should use the 4.2 inline-6 out of the TrailBlazer for the base car to make it true to its roots. That engine is very high-tech, torquey, powerful, and refined and would work well in a muscle car for performance on a budget.
I wasn't around for the original muscle car wars and being a motorhead, am sure glad it's coming around again! After the death of the firebird and camaro, there was nothing left for us GM faithful, glad to see that Chevy is doing the right thing!
Just goes to show you that some cars were instant classics. I think that some of the best car designs out there were around 1967.
