Nice pic ... I was there before.

When we evacuated for Katrina, we stayed at a Comfort Inn about 5 minutes from there (in Seabrook). We went to the Kemah Boardwalk every day and ate at several of the restaraunts for dinners. It was a fun and relaxingplace. Just to the right of where this picture was taken there are about 8 billion catfish in the water between a Mexican Cantina and some other place.

That's a great picture. That's the prettiest one of that channel I've ever seen.

I only go to the boardwalk during the off season, and then only during the week. I hate the crowds - they screw up my commute, especially friday night.

Cool pic. Don't see much from TX spots here (for obvious reasons), but that is a really nice pic of that channel.

I'll be going through it on Monday to wet a line...

Oh Thanks... Now I really miss Texas!

One just can't relay to a person who isn't from Texas, the feeling of heading out into a Texas Bay with glassy water, a beautiful sunrise (or sunset) and the hopes of catching a Texas Slam!
