Wayne Huizinga, what a moron. I hope the thing springs a leak. Just so everyone understands why I don't like him; he did a few things that were not very model Floridian. First he renamed Joe Robbie Stadium after a jock strap company (who went under a few months later). Second, Joe Robbie built that stadium out of his own pocket, while Wayne was trying to get the public to build him a new baseball stadium. Third he gutted the first Florida Marlins World Series team the week after they won the tittle. I wonder if he'll ever get the message most South Floridians think he's a putz?

Why bad mouth the guy? The Robbie family should of not sold the team then, they knew he was going to change the stadium's name. Every other team in the NFL sells the naming rights to their stadiums, why can't he. He paid for it. He built a Marlin's team that no one would come to see. Should he loose $30 million a year when no one wants to support the team? He is the only reason we even got baseball & hockey in South Florida. He is a business man as are all the other owner's in sports. If you can't make money why be doing it. And he does more for the South Florida community through philanthropy then most.
Anyways it is a beautiful yacht.

My biggest objection to him, and any other team owner, is when they want public money to subsidize their business. Yes every other team does sell the naming rights to their stadium, that doesn't make it any less trashy. As for the Marlins team nobody wants to see, try building a legacy. Imagine how the people who, after the World Series, bought season tickets to watch the next Marlins season felt when they found out Wayne parted out the team? Steinbrener wins a series and you don't see him selling off players. Maybe he was better at the garbage business?
