Default GPS Waypoint Management Software

I have been trying without success to locate a good "freeware" waypoint manager. I have the one included with Chart Navigator, but it is kind of a pain to use for editing. Anyone found a good free downloadable program?

There is but what unit are you wanting to support as some support specific models and others cover a range of manufacturers.

Cheers, Kerry.

I use Gartrip (http://www.gartrip.com) and love it. The freeware version only let's you save 30 waypoints to each file. I spent the $30 to get the license and it is the best money I ever spent. There are plenty other programs out there but this is simple to use and works great with my garmin units.

best of luck....grizz

Ok, try these. Waypoint+ is specifically written for Garmin (most of the models?) and EasyGPS supports many different makes/models.
