Check with the factory but I believe their deadrise to be 12 or 14 degrees. While I have not had the pleasure of test riding the hull I know you cannot judge ride alone from transom deadrise. The boat has a variable degree deadrise (I think Judge calls it a warped hull design) with a deep vee bow that gradually flattens towards the transom. This should give it a nice ride allowing the bow to do the work with stability and making it economical to run. (my hull is similar). Judge has an excellent reputation as being a top knotch builder who really cares about their customers. Here are the pro's for each boat as I see it:

Parker 2320
-more recognizable name
-more open cockpit (although you can get a short hard top on the Judge)
-close back pilot house standard
-Probably a little less money
-full deep v

Judge
-can customize to your liking as they are a custom builder (can get items like extended hardtop if you like or not; full transom vs bracket vs i/o vs inboard; gas vs diesel, helm seating, etc)
-complete composite materials
-personal relationship with the factory and designer
-variable degree hull = more economical to run
-level deck all the way to the helm = no step to trip on.
