What does the average 25-27 foot center console with twin carbed 150's burn per hour at 500-4000 cruise?

I have twin Carb'd Mercs (1995) on a 23' cc boat and I burn 16 - 20 GPH at 4000 RPMs. If wind and sea state are all cooperative, I'm typically burning 18 GPH at 4000 RPMS, 40 mph.
