I have f225's, I notice when I'm cruising the boat tends to porpoise, even with the motors trimed all the way down. I have to you use my trim tabs more than I want to, Also I haven't heard any negative feedback about the wedges.

What speed do you have to run to stay on plan with the f250's? And what speed can you run with f225's And stay on plan. Just curious. I am thinking about a 27 with f250's for my next boat.

Ditto that WME. I am also wondering if the wedges would fix this problem. I have a 27 with 250 hpdis and I have to be doing 3700 rpms plus to keep it on step. I am not sure but I think I heard the wedges do fix this problem and do wonders for the ride of the 27.

27 with Yamaha 250hp OX66's. Re-powered two years ago with 250hp Suzuki's and had Fred Herman glass wedges into the transom prior to the re-power. It's like having a new boat with the additional trim available that the wedges provide.
