More information would certainly help.
Kind of boat? Fiberglass, wood or aluminum? How big? What kind of fishing do you do?

I would visit any Carolina Skiff dealer. Their skiffs come bare from the factory. Consoles and casting decks are installed by the dealer. I'm sure they'll sell you just a console.

T.A. Mahoney in Tampa, Florida stocks several sizes of fiberglass consoles. Visit their website and give them a call. I'm sure they'll be able to ship one to you if need be.

"google" under marine salvage/marine surplus, mairne liquidators.

There are a couple of East Coast Florida companies that buy overage/closeouts of consoles etc.

Here's a Florida west coast marine surplus store that purchases leftovers from all the local Sarasota/Bradenton manufacturers. Great place! They usually have a few consoles kicking around.
