Water spots on Cowlings

Does anyone know how to get the water spots off your cowlings? Seems like they are water spots from the salt water. I have tryed white vinger and water, no results.

i spray mine with fresh water after each use and use a spray wax on the cowling after it is dry

in this order:
simple green diluted 50/50 w/ water
simple green full stength
mineral spirits


then after you get it clean - REJEX- do a google search... made by corrosionX....
