Volvo Sterndrive Leaks 290 DP - The Hull Truth

I have been aware after the last two trips I have done, of water in the bilge upon investigation I have found water coming out of the very bottom of the housing where the drive is attached to the hull. Does anyone know what the problem may be? Bellows? Silicon seal? I will talk to my mechanic on Monday but someone here may know in advance.

80%+ CHANCE ITS THE Y PIPE. 15% bellows, 5% transom seal

Does that add up?

Baitkiller now thinking about it more i rekon 90% its the transom seal its say 12 years old and never been replaced to my knowledge. But i have had the boat only 3 years now! The water is coming out right at the bottom of the transom sheild so 90% its the seal. I have the manual, but in reality how easy is a seal to replace?
